Culture Shifts for Johnson & Johnson Global Services

Led strategic change management initiative at Johnson & Johnson Global Services, focusing on activating the division’s mission, vision, and purpose impacting 4,700 global team members across the US, Asia, LATAM, and EMEA. Through targeted engagement programs, coaching leaders/managers, and implementating data analytics frameworks in all touchpoints, we improved employee sentiment and achieved notable success shifting employees from a resistance mindset to a promoter of change mindset.

Organizational Transformation and ESG Reporting at Mondelēz International

Led transformative project at MondelÄ“z International, focused on optimizing ESG reporting and enhancing organizational efficiency. Facing challenges like outdated technology and change fatigue, I developed and executed a strategic plan that streamlined processes and facilitated the adoption of new technologies. My approach, centered on robust change management and stakeholder engagement, resulted in a 30-day acceleration in project delivery, increased reporting accuracy, and stronger alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
